Business Development Manager

Logibiz Technologies is searching for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our company. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Sales and marketing of Payments and IT products, a keen eye for industry trends. 

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • 1. Manage & assist marketing team on growth strategy. 
  • 2. Prospecting & qualifying leads 
  • 3. Making discovery/ cold calls & follow-ups 
  • 4. Preparing & presenting product presentations 
  • 5. Performing product demos & POCs with potential clients 
  • 6. Build custom demonstrations and deliver proof of concepts (POC) 
  • 7. Competitive research
  • 8. Conducting customer analysis 
  • 9. Creative buyer personas 
  • 10. Draft, prepare & deliver proposals & responses to RFI/RFT 
  • 11. Negotiating agreement 
  • 12. Managing Sales pipeline till Closing the deals 
  • 13. MIS & sales progress reporting  

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS: 

Character: 

  • 1. A dynamic and motivated individual having passion for customer satisfaction and building professional customer relationships 
  • 2. Agile and adaptive in learning new technologies 
  • 3. Ability to work alone as well as a team 
  • 4. An aptitude to easily pick up software functionality and communicate this to potential customers 
  • 5. Experience & Domain: 

Experience & Domain: 

  • 1. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Sales preferably in banking, e-commerce & payments domain 
  • 2. Must have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role with a proven IT sales track record 
  • 3. Proven experience in product demonstration and /or working directly with potential clients in a pre-sales & sales process 
  • 4. Excellent knowledge of e-commerce domain and e-commerce payment lifecycle & business processes. 
  • 5. Knowledge of online payment gateways and 3DSecure is preferable 
  • 6. Experience of selling SaaS and hosted solution is advantageous 
  • 7. Having detailed knowledge of the functionality & technology of the product range 
  • 8. Ability to demonstrate the Company’s products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
  • 9. Prior experience in a Software engineer role is a plus 
  • 10. Must have a good understanding of Web application, their architecture & design, infrastructure implementation & multi-tier applications 

Communication: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages would be advantageous 
  • Ability to initiate conversations, do cold calls and make a lasting impact with excellent presentation skills 
  • Client-facing skills with excellent client engagement and negotiation skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to audience from C-Level to End user 
  • Able to interact with various levels within customer and partner organization from CxO, middle management and technical level of people

What is a 3DS Server ?

The 3DS Server provides a functional interface between the Directory Server (DS) and the 3DS Requestor Environment flows. 3DS Server is responsible for gathering necessary data elements for 3-D Secure messages, authenticating the DS, validating the DS, the 3DS SDK, and the 3DS Requestor, safeguarding the message contents. The 3DS Server also helps to protect the message content while it is being transferred to DS and vice versa.
